Psalm 27:8 My heart has heard you say, “Come talk with me,” and my heart responds, “Lord, I am coming.”
And what a beautiful love story! That’s what it is: a love story that starts in Genesis and ends with Revelation 22:14 and verse 17.
“Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life.” (14)
“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears this say, “Come.” Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life.” (17)
And for now, the invitation from Psalm 27:8 is there for us, promising a better invitation later. And who would want to say no to the Almighty King, our great Fiancé. Just to walk and talk with Him is heaven on earth.
So, Lord, my heart has heard you say, “Come talk with Me,” and my heart responds, “I’m coming Lord.” I go to Him and talk to Him of my burdens and my concerns. He listens, He speaks and He loves me. Even me!
And He loves all who are reading these words and all those millions who will never read these words.
”You will be rewarded for this; your hope will not be disappointed.” Proverbs 23:18
Psalm 118:21 I thank you for answering my prayer and giving me victory!
Psalm 25:10 The Lord leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenants and obey his demands.
Psalm 27:14 Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes. Wait patiently for the Lord.
